twice in one day, one at a grocery store, grown arse man, parks in front of the store, not in a space, this isn't someone who just learned to drive, been around the block a few tmes. presume it is some sort of insurance savings thing for real rookie drivers so there's some scam in that direction? now I'll read GSO's reply below. ...and I'm back, that didn't follow. they get stickers in driver's remedial classes?
