Haven't been but will tell you drunk Kentuckians are the worst...
My son lives in Louisville and have visited several times, drunks everywhere, bourbon joints on every corner(not a bad thing). Only good things there are breakfast joints(drunks need a good breakfast) and burger joints(drunks like burgers late at night).
