Hmmm. Question....

"'I did ask if we do not need all of the funding for environmental remediation can it be used for other Stadium eligible costs and was told yes,' Ebert wrote in one such email, dated July 2024." - Did you get that in writing? Other than that, it looks like the EDA and Ebert are shooting themselves in the foot.
