I got an email correctly addressed to me last week from Medicare
who said I had a new message for review. I signed in, and the message said I needed to provide them with my email address. A few days after I did that, they sent me another email welcoming me to Medicare (where I've had part of my health insurance since 2011).

It LOOKS pretty official, but it must be phishing. My SSA statement is

You have to go to the site and request a statement. They don't auto send
