I can certainly understand the objection to "Redskins". It seems pretty

insulting to me, honestly. I know there are decades of history, the iconic "Hail to the Redskins" song, native American support etc. You want to celebrate all of that as a tie to all the team accomplished, and it is really hard to let go. But hopefully, as time goes by, the "Commanders" will settle in, old fans (like me) will die off, and new traditions will take their place in the team's lore. Maybe "Hail", just by itself, will endure.
