$26K - that seems about what I've been seeing.
I think it's still in the dreaded IMS bearing window and it has an automatic transmission. Post-IMS bearing engined 911s with manuals will probably pull 2X that price.
The last air-cooled 911s also bring hefty prices, especially if they are in great condition...and they are out there. Best to stick with California/Arizona area cars when you start looking for those cars.
