Lots of things that he probably very well should be in jail for, like trying to murder Kid Cudi by blowing up his car. With that said I am skeptical of the validity of all of these lawsuits. I guess I feel like if you can produce a photo of yourself at one of his parties. You can pretty much make up anything you want. Some of these man rape stories sound pretty far fetched. I could be wrong but this case doesn't feel as solid as a Federal case should be IMO. If they had to go to trial today I don't think they have much. I guess we'll see.
