I just don't get the golf protests.
I mean, I've heard the "waste of space" dribble and how that land could be used for something more productive, but... sincerely... leave the city, people! There is SO MUCH LAND out there that is doing absolutely nothing. Why should anyone care if several dozen acres here and there are used for a leisurely purpose that a whole lot of people actually enjoy?
