So one thing is that a coroner put in place by a politican opens up

possible issues. The determination of death can have an effect on a number of things, so if they are appointed it could open the possibility. Having recently read Killers of the Flower Moon the coroner was certainly part of the consipiracy.... of course that was 100 years ago, but just saying.
