The ACC tiebreaker
Which i think is the same as all p4 tiebreakers, is getting blamed for this mess. Miami should have been in Charlotte. With a Miami win ND, a team that would be top 4 favorite to win it all would be in, and we wouldn't have to deal with two no names with 0% chance in the playoff. I see changes are already on play for 2026 and 16 teams surely will be coming soon.

Time to be pragmatic. We should be trying to get the most teams into the CFP, so we should use their criteria.

They played 3 P4 bowl teams, went 2-1 including beating the ACC “champ”
They dropped one somewhat inexplicable game at UTSA (who has some weird home voodoo winning streak)
