Just had that busted play in the Q4 against a great athlete. SC was bigger and had better athletes overall. But the team effort was there. Drones made more bad plays than good plays when he needed to. WR’s made some incredible catches but dropped too many routine catches. I think the WR’s will be a strength down the road if Drones can get the ball to them. Offense game plan was decent. We make a few catches and this game is much closer. OL play was decent against a superior front 7. Excited about their potential. Defense played above average for most of the game. Some bad angles, but that is to be expected in first game. Defense will carry VT this year. This SC team averaged 30.5 points per game mostly against SEC teams. I think we beat Vandy next week. 5-1 going into GT game and go 3-3 for 8-4 overall.
