VT hope is 97%, Hoos register a whopping 37%. Seems right. Several ACC teams registered very little hope, including Da U.

Only thing I see from that article:
"Other fan bases feeling significantly more optimistic compared to last year: Iowa State (up 41 points), Syracuse (37), Rutgers (37), Virginia (36), Boston College (35), Virginia Tech (35), Missouri (28) and Michigan State (26)."
