The hire makes no sense, really
Fu didn't work out and he was supposedly a sure hire, then you go with a guy with ZERO HC experience? We needed a splash hire. A big fish or a proven HC, even at a lower tier program. I was excited to get rid of Fu regardless and Pry is very likable, wanted to be here, had ties here, etc...so I'm hoping he can make improvements and have success... it's just not looking good thus far.
