VT's #1 need from portal?
I say QB. #2 WR's.
Watson's limited time gives me concerns whether he can take the hits to be able to last the season. He didn't get enough reps to be able to judge his arm or decision making.
From watching Penn State's QBs, they seem to have wanted pass first pocket passers not running types.
