By end of signing day, I expect, based on the composite rankings only,

Franklin will have VT inside the top 15-20. That would be absolutely incredible and confirm that he's one of the top recruiters in all of college football. To do that at Penn State is one thing, but to do that at Virginia Tech is a whole different level. GO HOKIES
