Edit: Sorry, I just realized this was reported early last year but I have the same question about the lines between illegal and breach of ncaa/university rules. Every single college football game I watched this season had online gambling ads. Any kid with a predisposition for inappropriate risk and the ability to back a bet is subject to getting hooked on the gambling high. Now that 18 -20 year olds have all this easy money flushing in backing the bet is no problem. I know nothing about online betting. When does it become illegal rather than a violation of NCAA rules?
