Like most bowl games, the FSU game meant nothing

When I threw in the towel at half time of the FSU game and switched to my mini series on Netflix, I once again realized that bowl games really mean nothing. The college teams that show up to the bowl games are often times only a small fraction of the teams that played during the regular season. This is especially true for the power houses of college football like FSU where many players decide not to play for one reason or another. For anyone to really believe UGa is 63-3 better than FSU is ignorant to the situation at hand. I could argue that a 100% FSU team is just as good as a 100% UGa team but that really is a waste of my time. Hopefully the NCAA can figure out how to convince players to show up to the bowl games. I only hope that all the players continue to show up to the national championship playoff. Next year will be quite interesting with 12 teams in the mix. Does anyone really believe the players will sign up to potentially playing an extra 4 games? I am guessing some players will opt out of the natioinal playoffs next year. I guess I better renew my Netflix subscription.
