I think there needs to be a radical, new approach to compensating coaches.

How about $200,000 to $500,000 per win range? Straight up - you get paid for wins. Take the job if you think you have what it takes. Use us a stepping stone? - that's fine. That's how low we are. I'm sick and tired of the "give me millions with a paper thin resume" and find out what where we are in 3 years BS. Stop the madness. We are at the bottom of the food chain now. The bottom. Any other "business" would be in CHAPTER 7. Fans are more or less a "go fund me" bunch, at this point. Any money put into this product should be considered a charitable contribution.

A competent athletic dept. should have been capable of building a football

Put all the money towards NIL, especially a QB, and use AI as coaches.
