6 wins. Not because I thought we had the talent to do it, but because I thought Pry would be a big upgrade at HC and would be able to grind out wins that the past staff couldn't. I appear to be wrong about this. Also, I thought that the ACC was so mediocre, that any talent gap we might be experiencing would be mitigated by ACC suckage. Then you factor in our not-so-hard-on-paper OOC schedule, and I didn't think 6 wins and a low-end bowl game was too much to ask. When I saw both the QBs in the Spring Game, I was tempted to downgrade my number of wins expectations, but I stayed put. I figured improved defense and a better scheme and commitment to rushing the football on offense would make up for the lack of a prime time QB. Well, I was wrong. Just hoping for a 3rd win somehow.
