Watching him after a pretty awful performance started off a little irritating and made me think that he's a B.S. artist. However, as I watched I started to really like this guy as the face of VT Football. He's going to have to grow into the role of Head Coach and we need to be patient. - Makes comments about our running game, Wells throwing the ball, defensive tackling and it makes me think that we watched two different games......but after years of Fuente I appreciate Pry trying to be positive about his team. - Owned how he didn't manage the two minutes well at the end of the first half. - He is not surly, short with people asking 'ludicrous' questions and isn't crinkling a water bottle, sighing and looking lost. We are clearly not even a good football program right now. We're irrelevant and this is going to take a few years to fix. Moving forward: clean up the penalties, show me the recruiting class, develop players.....and beat UVa. If we can't progress in those areas, hire better staff......if we still can't progress....let's not go there. Beamer era program is long gone....no one cares about VT anymore....youngsters don't remember and only know a mediocre program. Thankfully the other era is gone too. I'm going to support CBP as he fails and grows and succeeds and fails and grows.... and watch him build a new program from the ashes.
