I am not sure...,..

you can distinguish between 1999, 2000, 2004, 2007 or 2010. All were very talented with each one having its own Achilles heel be it untimely injuries, turnovers, questionable officiating, etc.. 1999 obviously stands out going undefeated AND getting to the championship game. The late 1990s and first ten years or so of the 2000s were heady times for VT and VT football.
