I get the players not knowing or maybe not responding. That's fair. What's not subjective or as subjective as you made it sound was whether the Bud system is still relevant in 2026. I think it clearly is because the Bud system was more than on field technique and xs and os (which still apply) but Buds football IQ was higher than his DC peers. He was innovative and historically, innovators ALWAYS innovate. His football IQ and innovation would transcend with the time. As for his personal approach with players? Again, IQ. He would match the approach to what worked. So yes, the Bud system is relevant in 2026.
