We should only predict the future on things 10 years after the fact.

What a ridiculous thought process. Recruiting is predicting the future. You’re evaluating 15, 16, 17, 18 year old kids. Every analysis is PERFECT in hindsight 10 years later. I’d like Flanker to tell me what stocks to buy today and revisit it in 10 years. I really hope that person’s not a VT grad or studied Statistics or Predictive Analytics. I certainly wouldn’t hire them. THIS IS TOTAL BS!!!
