Agree 100%

98% of "targeters" don't deserve the walk of shame. Most of them are just playing football. The head is 6 inches from the body part used in perfect form tackling (shoulder) and with the speed of the game its going to make contact. One other problem i have, ia when the whistle blows AFTER a player stays down. If said player had popped up and went straight to huddle it would be a play on.
