I would argue, the worst disease we have on planet earth that is known

Ebola, if you die, it's vicious, but it's fairly quick. Cancer is awful, but you often have a solid chance. ALS? 100 percent death rate with a slow and insidious course where you eventually become "locked in." A mind trapped in a body and the only thing you can do in the end is move your eyes from left to right. You literally can't breath and have to have a ventilator to move your chest up and down. I just can't imagine anything more brutal. Prayers for Johnson.
