Not sure what school they attended but mine were told otherwise.

I had one swim for an SEC school and they had to meet with an academic advisor every Sunday night to review the upcoming week. They were told to maximize their education as most of them would not swim past college. I had another swim for a D2 school and made the most of it as well. Tech degree with MBA in 4 years.
