Problem. Make them employees. Are all students employees? Are all

Athletes employees ? If so then why would an employee pay tuition? But even making only the athletes employees means tuitions would have to increase to massive amounts and or state funding go way way way up. Employees are very expensive in benefits alone. Never mind the salaries
