You're setting you expectations way too high...

I think there's every reason to believe he'll do very well, and will likely slow PSU down a bit...but its too early to be assuming a program like VT, irrelevant for a decade, and never a tier 1 program is suddenly going to catapult into the stratosphere, and supplant a rich, powerful, blue blood program like Penn State. It's very unlikely.
