member of the ACC. I am not sure VT could even check that box if it switched to DI-FCS football. If VT switches to DII or DIII, then that would mean elimination of broadcasting regular season games for most/all sports until the NCAA Tournament(s) and most likely no access to the ACC Network. I guess VT could opt to remain DI for every sport except football and basketball assuming VT is willing to join another DI conference in those sports. However, that may not be possible under the new NCAA organization. Are you sure you are willing to make that trade in order to see VT check that box?
