If I'm being honest, I don't care who it is. Big name, no name, never

heard the name. Doesn't matter to me. My 3 biggest wish list items: - Be an aggressive playcaller throughout the game. Till the final whistle. I'm tired of watching us give up leads because we thought we were safe and started playing not to lose. You get to 50, let's talk about taking your foot off the gas (unless the other team has more than 30). - Take what we do well and the other team does poorly and scheme appropriately. I feel like for most of my VT fandom, we have been the opposite. Stop playing to the other team's strengths when it also happens to coincide with our weaknesses. - Don't get outcoached regularly. Be someone who has seen a few things and knows what other coaches are trying to do. I don't care if you have the players to dictate the game plan and tenor of the game. At least be in the same zip code as their intentions.
