Same joke I use every time a player or ref does something to throw a game..
"I sure hope the Mafia has released [insert player/ref name]'s family"...or something to that effect. Imply that the only explanation to that roughing call was that the referee's family was being held in exchange for "favors" during that game. It's a good gag, generally well received.
I came back to read a few chuckles and the post had been removed. Do you think the actual Mafia has gotten to Chris and Will?
