There was a play earlier when it was 1:30 or so. TE did not get OOB

and we did not snap again until 55 secs

Pry clock management is a team infection we have to live with**

We did lose probably 30 seconds from 1:30 to 55 secs on one play

Old rule would have been OOB. Now if forward progress stopped in bounds
