The defense was the biggest surprise for me. It was nice seeing a VT

defense playing at a level very similar to what Hokie fans grew to love in a Foster defense and still incorporate concepts found in a more modern/NFL style defense. Also, I was very impressed with Ayden Greene's performance. He has the potential to be the #1 WR this season, so it will be interesting to see how opposing DCs decide to game plan for him. Does the opposing DC decide to try to shut him down and open the door for someone else to step up to fill the void vs. limit his touches (aka don't let him make "big plays" in the game)?
