Is there an internet link to VT football & BB broadcasts?

Just curious what's available out of market for those who don't have SiriusXM. Disappointed about our lack of stations across the southern edge of Virginia. Once you leave Emporia, you're pretty much out of broadcast range of VT sports broadcasts until you are approaching Danville...but you can definitely get all of the NC schools' games along there.
