CFB was 5-6 yrs in before he started to get the talent to stay put. pSU was raiding Va. back then too and Tech was burdened by the NCAA sanctions as well. The path forward is to really get to know the Va HS coaches and identify the talent that we can develop up. It will be those kids who want to make Tech relevant again that get the younger 4 stars talent's attention and their success and our coaches efforts will begin to pay off as they want to see their names and video highlights being broadcast locally too. That won't happen if they are wearing those monochrome unis. If I am Franklin, I am wanting to get the talent while the getting is good as he has to know that Pry will be shutting that down sooner than later. Also, Pry's job may be an even easier effort Han Fancy Gap Frank's. CFB had to contest with the George Welsh show and they were keeping most of the talent that did want to stay in State initially.
