This report doesn't hold water.

First, I heard the skydiver, Pasha Palanker, interviewed and he said he had performed 100's of jumps (not 1,000's) and dozens into stadiums. Secondly, winds were gusting all afternoon and not "light and variable." I tailgated by the stadium and had a hard time connecting a side panel on my canopy due to the wind. Several of us commented how windy it was. Hopefully Team Fastrax did a deeper root cause analysis internally than what they're reporting and learned from mistakes made.
