I don't think Tech should get in a bidding war for Pribula. He only started one year and his results weren't impressive. He's a good runner but he's not a good passer. His social media PSU stuff might be a negotiating ploy to garner more interest. I wonder if Campbell takes both Becht and Pribula or if he chooses only one. I pasted a reddit thread below and the posters don't compare him favorably to prior starter who is now starting for the NY Jets. One poster typed that Pribula injured his hand and another claimed that PSU offered him $2M.
