I would look for JMU to hire someone who is currently a DI-FCS HC now.
Maybe someone like Mark Ferrante (Villanova) or Tony Reno (Yale). I do think JMU could try to make a play for any of the 4 Dakota HCs (North Dakota, North Dakota St, South Dakota, and South Dakota St), but I think they are all happy at their current school or waiting for a MAC/Big Ten opening before switching subdivisions.
