These are the kinds of things people will point to...

Bowen could be a great QB coach, and the talent is just so bad and/or injured, we'll never know it. Same goes for Marve. Problem is when your coaches are unknown quantities, with no track record of success to point to, and then they fail, people will ask that very question...."what were you thinking?" To both Whit Babcock, and Brent Pry Nobody can say any of those things about the Fuente hire. He and his staff had a track record of success.
