Yes wing depth killed us in ACC play, but offensively we were every bit as good when Cattoor came back as we were before he went out. Defensively teams realized neither Pedulla nor Basile could guard effectively on the perimeter and the way we defend ball screens makes us extra susceptible to switches. Nobody was killing us with sets, they went straight NBA-ball and beat those guys 1 on 1. People seem to view this season as a disaster for some reason. Had we split the games instead of losing 7 in a row we would’ve been 23-10 and in the tournament ** Edited by soflahokie at 3/31/2023, 2:18:43 PM
