And I’m not talking age, I’m talking about time in the system. Last year we had 8 guys with a full year in MYs system (Keve, Alleyne, Cattoor, Mutts, Storm, DNG, Maddox, Ojiako) We had 4 guys this year (Mutts, Maddox, Cattoor, Pedulla). Yes transfers can integrate well, but MY is a system coach 1st and foremost. It’s really hard to integrate multiple new players immediately. We saw it last year with the reluctance to play Pedulla and Maddox due to defensive rotation deficiencies.
