He was a small loss, probably not massive

Using the DRTG rating from sports-reference.com, it shows Alleyne was the 7th best defender from last year's team (only counting the people that played regularly). However, he knew the system and could be in the right spot most of the time, which would probably help our team's defense overall. The biggest issue was not Alleyne leaving, but Maddox not stepping up to fill his shoes adequately. If Maddox improves year over year then we are not having this conversation, but here we are.
