His O needs all of the first seven players able to play as a cohesive unit.

It took a while for that last year and likewise this year it is taking time. The deficiencies that the players are now having will be reduced as the players gain confidence in the system and know how to operate. The roster needs to have less turnover year by year and of course, no injured players.
