"If you value your mental health, don't watch Virginia Tech basketball."
I'm paraphrasing, but this quote from the podcast earlier this week rings especially true this morning. Can't remember if it was Chris, Andy or someone else, but the words were prophetic. This one just hurts. Not going to offer up solutions or critiques. So much potential on this team, but the results are underwhelming.
