I tend to believe him when he says we can shoot, Burnham is a career 39% 3p shooter, Brown shot it at 40% last year, Young shot it at 38%, we know Schutt and Rechsteiner have built their game around shooting. To miss this many open looks, and miss this many easy layups down low, got to be painful. When we’re concentrating and careful with the ball we can compete, when concentration falters we give up a free 6 points and the game essentially ends. I thought they defended pretty well for 35 minutes, it’s hard to win games when you give up 12 points on runouts after turning the ball over at the top of the 3 points circle.
