OK, can we agree Pedulla is an upgrade at PG but . . .

and it's a big one: Has the position been upgraded when you consider Storm + Sean at the end of last season? I think Sean needs some help and that help has yet to appear. I have no idea if Rice play point at this juncture. I know CMY's offense doesn't necessarily need a true PG so when Rice is available do we see him spell Sean with the Mutts PF sets more?
