Especially with teams who have a great on ball defender. It’s not anyone’s fault (except Rice) I’ve always defended CMY and him adjusting to allow someone NOT guarded by Beekman to initiate the offense was brilliant; that by default took a good number of minutes of PG responsibilities and out them on others. It just so happened a large part of our run was without Pedulla on the court because it did make us a bit better defensively matchups wise FOR THIS GAME without Pedulla in for a bit All of that made Sean more comfortable not forcing stuff when he was in there and he didn’t force things or turn it over Again…brilliant by CMY. If we can figure out the right amount of Pedulla at PG and away from point like that worked out it’ll be even better We NEED him to play PG and to score and we NEED him to shoot better vs. competent offensive teams but maybe that comes when he’s not completely worn out by having to face the other team’s best in ball defender constantly for 35+ minutes
