They’re different players that give you more or less the same thing on

offense. A center with both an inside and outside game. Aluma was a better defensive player and was more skilled overall. Aluma was good enough to be selected to 2nd team all conference player two straight years. Basile’s not on schedule to do that in the ACC right now, unless he suddenly heats up. But he’s capable.

Basile plays fewer minutes because we have Kidd and Poteat but Basile 13.9
