Godfrey, Davidson, Wahlin, Welling I’d put as one of the better front courts in the league. UVA was after Davidson and Wahlin, and they are going to be good acc players, especially Wahlin who should have some increased burn at Clemson as opposed to Utah. Lot of inside out ability, and I think Godfrey is going to be a thorn in the side of a lot of teams as a physical athletic 4. Guards are good too in Butta Johnson, Hunter (who I think takes a step this year) and Jestin Porter (transfer scorer). Mentioned it above but Brownell puts together top 4 finishes like Bennett used to do. Dude is just winning consistently. Like the guards that wake got in the portal. Akins, Calmese, Mason (from UW) and Myles Colvin brings them right back in terms of guard production. Colvin could be a breakout type that Sallis was coming from Gonzaga. Post looks lite but don’t think it’s a crazy stretch to look at that roster and say top 10 roster in acc. Same for Cal, Madsen put together a complete portal haul imo, does it work? Maybe, but to say Cal is in conversation as that 9-11th acc team isn’t too far off. Same with SMU. Enfield can coach. Walters from Michigan will do well in an expend role. Like Pierre a lot as well.
