That's not what we had until late in the year. We went into the year with

a Sr who was going to be the primary ball handler. But he went and committed federal crimes. So we had a So being the primary ball handler. The problem was not that he was a So, but that he couldn't handle the ball. Thus, we ended up with a Fr being the primary ball handler. So it was a sequence of bad circumstances. Bringing in a Fr backup PG who is capable of running the offense for 8-10 mins a game is perfectly fine. After all this year we gave the reins to a freshman for 25+ mins a game who wasn't that good at it until turning it back over to Hammond for the most part. ** Edited by King of Hokies at 3/16/2026, 4:39:47 PM
